Okay, I've got this. The CMDB is all about managing the configuration of IT systems, so it definitely has Configuration Items. And Relation Types make sense too, since the CMDB tracks the relationships between different components.
I'm a bit confused by this question. I know there are utilities for working with files, but I'm not sure which one is specifically for comparing the contents of two files. I'll have to think about this one a bit more.
I think we practiced a question similar to this one, and I'm slightly leaning towards option C. If the master script isn't activated, that could definitely cause calls not to route properly.
