I remember studying about customer satisfaction surveys, so option B seems relevant, but I wonder if it’s enough on its own to identify continuity requirements.
I think option C makes the most sense since it ties into business priorities and SLAs, but I'm not entirely sure if risks should be included in that calculation.
This seems straightforward. I think the answer is A and B - the global search and the Recent Records component should both allow me to access and edit the converted leads.
