A is just a way to keep the old methods, not a fan.

Not sure if they'll really change their mind just by seeing it.

I wonder if waiting for the customer to be convinced before using Scrum could lead to missed opportunities. But I'm not sure if jumping in without their buy-in is the right move either.

I feel like we practiced a similar scenario where we had to convince a stakeholder. I think using Scrum and showing the benefits as we go might be the best approach.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think letting the Scrum Master translate to Waterfall might just confuse things more. Isn't that counterproductive?

I remember discussing how important it is to demonstrate value through actual results, so maybe option B could work if we show the customer the benefits in real-time.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about how to approach this. The question mentions "relevant cost basis", so I'll need to think about what that means in this context.

I'm a bit unsure about the relationship between ODI and Oracle GoldenGate. I'll have to read the options closely.

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure about the purpose of a load balancer. Is it to spread the load of applications over the day? Or is it to make sure each request has a response? I'll need to think this through a bit more.
