I'm leaning towards Smooth Line. It's great for generalizing the shape of roads without losing too much detail. Plus, it's just fun to say 'Smooth Line' out loud.

Collapse Dual Lines to Centerline sounds like it could work, but I'm not sure if that's the right tool for this scenario. Wouldn't that just merge the dual lines into a single centerline?
