Reconnaissance Attack - that's the one where the attacker tries to gather info about the target network before launching a bigger attack, right? I'm pretty sure that's the right answer.
I'm pretty confident that option A is the correct answer. Registering a service in a service registry is all about making it discoverable for potential reuse by other teams.
Okay, I've got it! A multi-stage Dockerfile is the way to go. That way, the build and tests can run inside the container, and the results won't get published back to the pipeline. Seems like the cleanest solution to me.
