I remember a practice question where we had to differentiate between CE and EE, but I can't recall if just downloading the package is enough for an upgrade.
I'm pretty confident that option A, "I am tired of my computer always being down," is the most likely to indicate a developing conflict. That kind of frustrated, accusatory statement suggests the customer is getting frustrated and the situation could escalate.
I'm pretty confident I know the answer to this one. The requirement is unique serial numbers across the Plant2 enterprise, so option B seems like the best fit.
I remember discussing the Interagency Statement in class, but I'm not completely sure about what a bank teller can or can't do in terms of investment products.
