Azure Monitor seems like a logical choice here. It has all the capabilities mentioned in the requirements, and it's specifically designed for monitoring Azure resources. I feel pretty confident that this is the right answer.
Ah, I see the difference now. Option D is the right choice because we need to ensure the objects are publicly shared, not just enable CDN on the bucket. The load balancer and CDN configuration on the backend should do the job.
