I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. The GDPR's territorial scope extends to the processing of personal data of data subjects who are in the Union, regardless of the location of the controller. So even though Who-R-U is based in Canada, if they start collecting location data on their Canadian customers while they are in the EU, that would likely trigger the application of the GDPR.
Okay, I've got this. The question is asking how to return to the version of the virus pattern file that was being used two days ago. Based on that, I think Option C is the way to go - manually copying the older file to the correct folder. That should let me revert to the previous version.
