I think I've got a good handle on this. The Interactive Client is likely used for tasks like importing and managing packages, assigning processes, and handling active queues. Those seem like the most hands-on, interactive options here.
Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I know we covered some guidelines for using slides, but I can't remember all the details. I'll have to think it through carefully.
Definitely go with failover testing. That's the key to making sure your organization can keep operating even if there's a major disaster or system failure. The other options, like help desk training or penetration testing, are important but not as directly relevant to disaster recovery.
