I'm leaning towards using Live UI to see how the case processes and if any errors occur. That way, I can get a real-time view of the process flow and identify any issues.
Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know INVITE and REFER are common SIP methods, but I'm not sure if they're specifically for two-step call transfers. I'll need to think this through carefully.
I'll eliminate IoT devices right away - that seems too specialized. I'm leaning towards Website, but I'll quickly think through the email option before selecting
