Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'm not too familiar with how DHMO plans operate, so I'll need to carefully read through the question and options to figure this out.
I'm a bit confused on this one. I'm not sure if it's possible to execute a request with another Principal's identity at all. I'll have to review my notes.
