I recall that using a single Hyperlocation-enabled WLC and CMX was a common recommendation in our study materials, but I’m not entirely sure if that applies here.

I'm leaning towards HTTP since that's the basic protocol for web browsing and downloading content. But the question does mention the customer is purchasing an application, so HTTPS could also be a possibility.

This looks like a straightforward question. I think option D is the best approach - creating a procedure with a Command on Source to read the email addresses and a Command on Target to send the email using a bind variable.
