Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Increasing the AP footprint would allow the network to better pinpoint the location of devices. I'm not sure about the other options though.

I agree, this is a tough one. From what I know about location-based services, I think the primary change would be to the AP footprint, or the coverage area of each access point.
