I was thinking the same thing. But you know, it could also be D. If the Context Aware Service tracking limit has already been reached, then Prime might not be able to display the interferers, even if the MSE is set up correctly.

Hmm, this question seems pretty straightforward. I'd say the answer is either A or B. If the MSE isn't added and synced, then the location information won't be available in Prime. And if the interferer tracking isn't enabled, then of course you won't see any interferers on the map.
