Wait, I thought it was the other way around. Isn't the device supposed to initiate the session and negotiate the subscription with the collector? I'm a bit confused now.

I'm pretty sure the answer is B. The collector initiates the session and subscribes to the data to be streamed. That's how I understand model-driven telemetry to work.
