D is the way to go, folks. Tuns of companies are trying to squeeze IPv6 through their old IPv4 infrastructure. Bet the network admins are pulling their hair out!

C is an interesting choice, but I doubt a GRE network would generate that much extra traffic. Probably just good old IPv6 tunneling.

I'm sticking with D, tunneling IPv6 traffic seems like the most likely reason for the increase in IPv4 traffic carrying protocol 41.
