Which of the following are not stages of team development? Select TWO.

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B, D, E

The correct answers are; tradeshows, internal stakeholders' knowledge and e-procurement platforms. Intranet is incorrect as this is an internal system so you wouldn't find information on external suppliers on here the careful not to confuse intranet with internet). OJEU is also incorrect; this is the platform on which tender opportunities in the public sector are published- its not a list of suppliers.

I thought Accepting was a stage too, but I guess not!

Wait, is Achieving really a stage? I thought it was just a goal.

I practiced a question like this before, and I think "Mourning" and "Accepting" are the odd ones out.

I definitely recall "Forming" and "Adjourning" being key stages, but I can't quite place "Mourning."

I think "Achieving" and "Accepting" are not part of the stages. They sound too vague compared to the others.

I remember studying Tuckman's stages of team development, but I'm not sure if "Mourning" is one of them.

I'm a bit unsure on this one. I know the main stages, but I can't quite recall if Mourning and Accepting are real or not. I'll have to think it through carefully.

I remember learning about the five stages - Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning. So Mourning and Accepting must be the two that are not actual stages.

Okay, let's see... Forming, Achieving, and Adjourning are definitely stages, so those can't be the answers. But I'm not sure about Mourning and Accepting.

Hmm, this one seems straightforward. I'll start by eliminating the stages I'm confident are part of team development.

Seriously, 'Mourning'? Did they run out of actual team development stages to include?

Haha, 'Mourning' and 'Accepting'? Sounds like the stages of grief, not team development.

Mourning? That's a bit morbid for a team-building exercise, don't you think?

I think Achieving is also not a stage because it's more of a goal rather than a stage of development.
