I’m torn between the caterer and the flowers. I think the flowers are probably the least likely, but I could see arguments for both.

The supply of fresh flowers feels like the least likely option for whole life cost calculations. It’s more of a recurring expense rather than a long-term investment.

I remember practicing a question about office equipment and how it relates to long-term costs. The photocopier seems like it could fit, but I’m not confident.

I think the crane might be more suitable for whole life cost calculations since it's a significant investment, but I'm not entirely sure.

For the crane, the usage and maintenance costs would likely be the most significant factors. The other options seem more straightforward to analyze.

Hmm, the flowers sound like the right answer. Unless they're planning to grow their own roses in the lobby. Then it gets complicated.

The contract caterer seems least likely. Who knows how long they'll be around or what their hidden charges could be. Whole life is crucial there.

Fresh flowers for the reception? Come on, that's the easiest one to calculate. Just the weekly/monthly cost, right?
