James argues that performance appraisal has its roots in three substantiated psychological principles, meaning that people work/ learn/achieve morewhen they are given the opportunities.
I’m a bit confused. All options seem important, but I guess if I had to choose, I’d say A doesn’t really fit with the psychological principles James mentioned.
I practiced a similar question where feedback was emphasized, so I'm leaning towards C being essential. But A seems less connected to individual performance.
I think the question is asking which option doesn't relate to performance appraisal. I feel like A might be the odd one out since it's more about planning than appraisal.
