As an HR professional, I have to say that option A is the most accurate representation of the situation. Each part-time contract is unique, so we need a separate calendar for each one.

Having separate calendars for each unique part-time contract will make scheduling much easier.

It would be too confusing to have just one part time work calendar for all the different contracts.

I agree, option A makes the most sense. Each part-time contract should have its own work calendar.

Haha, this question is a real head-scratcher. I'm just hoping I don't end up with a 'work calendar' for my cat when I'm done. But seriously, I think B is the way to go.

I'm going with C. Having a generic flexible work calendar in addition to the full-time and part-time calendars seems like a good way to handle the varying schedules of part-time resources.

I think the answer is B. It makes the most sense to have one full-time work calendar and one part-time work calendar, since management has agreed on a standard 20-hour per week estimate for part-time workers.

I think we should also consider creating a generic flexible work calendar to accommodate any variations in work hours.
