Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: C, D

These are the correct statements about a Blue Prism breakpoint. It allows the developer to pause the execution of a process or object in studio and inspect the data items and stages. It has no effect when a process is run in control room. The other options are either incorrect or describe different features of Blue Prism. A Breakpoint just pauses the Process, not for a set time though!

Wait, are breakpoints really ignored in Control Room? Sounds off.

Breakpoints work in Studio too, that's a fact!

I disagree, breakpoints don’t terminate the Process.

A Breakpoint stops the Process in Control Room, true!

I believe B is definitely false; breakpoints shouldn't terminate the process, just stop it for debugging.

I practiced a question similar to this, and I remember that breakpoints do pause the process, but I don't think E is correct because it doesn't just pause for a defined time.

I'm not so sure about D. I feel like I remember something about breakpoints being ignored in Control Room, but I can't recall clearly.

I think A and C are definitely true since breakpoints are meant to help with debugging in both Control Room and Studio.

Option E is throwing me off a bit. I don't recall breakpoints pausing the process for a defined period of time. I think they just stop the process at that stage until the user resumes it. I'll need to review the breakpoint functionality again.

I'm not sure about option D. I thought breakpoints were used in both the Control Room and Studio, so I don't think they would be ignored in the Control Room. I'll have to think that one through.

Okay, option C makes sense to me. The developer can run the process in Studio and it will stop at the stage with the breakpoint. That seems like a standard breakpoint behavior.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about option B. I don't think a breakpoint actually forces the process to terminate, that doesn't sound right. I'll have to double-check that one.

I think I've got a good handle on breakpoints in Blue Prism. Option A sounds right - the process can be run in the Control Room and it will stop at the stage with the breakpoint. I'm pretty confident about that one.

This seems pretty straightforward. I'm pretty confident I can answer this correctly.

Ah, this is a good one. I've definitely used the Read Range Activity and Select Method approach before, and it's always worked well for me. I feel pretty confident that's the way to go here. The Find functionality from Excel could also work, but it might be a bit more complicated. I'd probably stick with the Read Range and Select Method.

This is a good one. I remember learning about the RPM package manager for Oracle Database installations. I think I can apply that knowledge to figure out the right answers here.

I think I remember that you can drag the schedule onto the sheet, but I'm not completely sure if that's the only method.

Okay, I think I've got this. The key here is to identify the one thing that wouldn't be advisable to do if you have an issue with colleagues not reporting breaches. I'll eliminate the options that make sense and go with the one that doesn't.
