Business reps are essential, but why is HR even listed?

I practiced a similar question, and I think IT and Business are essential, but I can't recall if HR is usually involved.

I feel like all of them could be stakeholders in some way, but I lean towards HR not being typical.

I remember a practice question where IT and Business Representatives were mentioned as key stakeholders. HR seems less relevant for RPA.

I think the Head of RPA would definitely be a stakeholder, but I'm not sure about HR Representatives.

I feel pretty confident about this one. The key stakeholders in an RPA Governance Board are the ones who have a vested interest in the success and governance of the RPA program, like IT, HR, and business leaders. The Head of RPA is more of an execution role, not a governance role.

Okay, for an RPA Governance Board, I'd expect to see representatives from IT, HR, and the business side. The one that doesn't seem like a typical stakeholder is the Head of RPA - that role is more of an operational one, not a governance one.

I'm a little unsure about this one. I know RPA governance involves a lot of different teams, but I'm not totally clear on who the typical stakeholders are. I'll have to think this through carefully.

Hmm, this seems like a pretty straightforward question about RPA governance. I think I've got a good handle on the key stakeholders, so I'll give this a shot.

Wait, is this a trick question? The Head of RPA not being a stakeholder? That's like having a party without the guest of honor!

Business Representatives are a no-brainer. They're the ones who are going to be using this RPA stuff, after all.

HR representatives? Really? I mean, I get that they're important, but RPA? That's a bit of a stretch, don't you think?

I think they might have a role to play in terms of workforce implications, but it does seem like a stretch.
