I feel pretty confident about this. The Service Model is all about the vendor's support and services, so I'll select the options that fit that criteria.
Okay, I've got a strategy for this. The Service Model should cover the core services and support that the vendor provides, so I'll focus on options related to that.
Exception case handling and technical support for applications are definitely part of the Service Model. I'm not so sure about the other two options though.
