If a project manager is concerned with gathering, integrating, and disseminating the outputs of all project management processes, she should concentrate on creating a better:
I’m confused! I thought the project scope management plan was important for defining what’s included in the project, but I’m not sure how it relates to outputs.
I practiced a question similar to this, and I feel like WBS was more about breaking down tasks rather than managing outputs. So I’m leaning towards C too.
This is a tricky one. Transferring the call list items to "Inactive" status might be a good temporary solution, but I'm not sure if that fully resolves the underlying problem. I'll need to weigh the pros and cons of each option.
