I disagree, I think C is the way to go. Hands-on experience is the best teacher, and you can't really learn project management from just reading books or attending seminars.
I see your point, but I believe D can also be beneficial. Professional activities and seminars can offer valuable insights and networking opportunities.
Definitely option B for me. Formal education and special courses provide the structured training and certifications that most companies are looking for in project managers these days.
I think the preferred method is a combination of formal education and experiential learning. You can't beat the real-world experience, but having the foundational knowledge from a program is also crucial.
