I'm pretty sure the AXIS Q1951-E and AXIS Q3615-VE also have IR LED illumination. Those are some of the top-of-the-line models from Axis.

The AXISM1135-E and AXIS P1378-LE definitely have IR LED illumination. I use them in my installations and they work great in low light conditions.
