Based on my understanding, Cat 6a would be the minimum cable category that could handle a 10Gbps throughput. I'm pretty confident in that answer.

Focus Groups for sure. That's the best way to get a deep understanding of stakeholder perceptions and attitudes about the prototypes. The other options don't seem as directly relevant.
