I'm pretty sure the ELAI does not queue calls to first in LLAI. That's just nonsense. But the other differences seem accurate. I'll go with A, C, and D.
Okay, let's see. The ELAI uses the interflow-qpos vector command, which is different from traditional LAI. The ELAI also uses a route-to number, which traditional LAI does not. And the ELAI is near first-in-first-out routing, which is a key difference from traditional LAI.
This question is a bit tricky. The ELAI and traditional LAI are quite different, and I'm not sure if I can confidently select the three key differences.
