I didn't know logging off was necessary for changes to take effect! That's odd.

Could be a coverage path problem too, but I lean towards the button assignment.

I think it's definitely related to the Call Forwarding button not being assigned.

Sounds like a caching issue with the SIP endpoints.

I vaguely remember something about private-numbering entries in SAT forms. Could that be why the changes aren't taking effect immediately?

I feel like this could be related to coverage paths, but I can't recall the specifics. It might not be the right answer, though.

This sounds familiar; I think we practiced a question where data privacy affected call features. Could that be the issue here?

I remember something about call forwarding needing to be properly configured, but I'm not sure if it relates to the buttons assigned.

This looks like a good opportunity to apply my knowledge of Avaya Aura Communication Manager. I'll start by considering the possible causes one by one and try to eliminate the less likely ones.

Okay, let me see. The issue seems to be with the Call Forwarding feature not updating properly on the SIP phones. I'm thinking it could be a configuration problem, maybe related to the Class of Service or the private numbering system.
