I thought Server Settings had something to do with passwords, but now I’m questioning if that’s just for system configurations.

I’m leaning towards Skillset Settings, but I can't recall if that’s where we handled agent accounts or just their skills.

I remember practicing a question like this, and I feel like General Settings was mentioned, but it seems too broad for just passwords.

I think the password reset might be in the Agent Settings, but I'm not completely sure.

I've got a good feeling about this one. Based on my experience with the CCMM admin interface, the password reset function is most likely located in the Agent Settings screen. That's where I'd start looking.

I'm a little confused by this one. There are a few different settings screens in the CCMM admin tool, so I'm not totally sure which one would have the password reset function. I'll have to review my notes.

Okay, let me see here. The question is specifically about Contact Center Multimedia, so I'm thinking the password reset is probably in the Agent Settings section of the CCMM admin console.

I think this one is pretty straightforward. The question is asking about where to reset an agent's password, so I'm guessing it's in the Agent Settings.

Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. The password reset function could be in a few different places. I'll have to think it through carefully.

Okay, let me see here. I think the key is to avoid granting broad access to all production projects, and instead focus on a centralized monitoring workspace. Options C and D seem like the way to go.

Clearly, the answer is B) Agent Settings. Where else would you reset an agent's password? I mean, it's not like they're going to put it in the 'Forgot your password? Click here!' section of the General Settings page.

Haha, the agent must have forgotten their password after a long night of binge-watching contact center training videos. I'm going with C) Server Settings.

Let's go with C) Server Settings then, it seems like the most logical choice.

I agree with you, C) Server Settings does sound like it could have the function to reset the password.

I'm not sure, but I would go with D) Skillset Settings, it sounds like it could be related to agent settings.

I think it might be B) Agent Settings, that's where most user-related functions are.

D) Skillset Settings seems like the logical choice to me. Agents are associated with skillsets, so that's where I'd expect to find password management tools.

I agree, but I also think it could be in Skillset Settings since agents are linked to specific skillsets.

I think it might be in Agent Settings. That's where you can manage individual agent details.

I think the answer is B) Agent Settings. Resetting an agent's password sounds like a management function, so it should be in the Agent Settings.

I'm not sure, but I think it could also be C) Server Settings, as that's where system-wide configurations are usually managed.
