I thought the user type had to be set to "Supervisor/Agent" for certain permissions, but I’m not convinced that's the right answer for this question.

I practiced a similar question where we had to set up agents, and I feel like the Voice URI field was mentioned, but I can't remember its exact purpose.

I remember something about enabling CTI for agents, but I can't recall if that's necessary for adding them to CCT.

I think we need to select the "Create CCT agent" option, but I'm not entirely sure if that's the only step we need to take.
