C is about logoff states, not contacts.

Maximum Open Duration sounds familiar, but I can't recall how it connects to the desktop moving forward. I guess I should stick with A for now.

I feel like Logoff Terminal State was mentioned in a different context. I’m leaning towards New Contact Presentation too, but I could be wrong.

I remember discussing Hot Desking, but I don't think that's related to moving the desktop to the front. Could it be A?

I think it might be the New Contact Presentation section, but I'm not entirely sure. We went over something similar in practice questions.

I'm a little confused by this question. I'm not entirely sure which section would control that behavior. I'll have to make an educated guess, but I'm not 100% certain about the right answer.

Okay, I think I've got this. The question is asking about where the agent desktop would move to the front, so that points to the "New Contact Presentation" section. I'm confident that's the right answer.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I'll have to think it through carefully. Maybe I should review the Agent Desktop Configuration settings again to make sure I understand where this functionality would be located.

I'm pretty sure the answer is A. New Contact Presentation seems like the most relevant section for bringing the agent desktop to the front when a new contact arrives.

Okay, let's see. The question mentions that the GUI uses proprietary controls, so I'm thinking keyword-driven scripting might be the best approach to handle that complexity.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'm not totally sure about the details of yield-maintenance agreements. I'll have to think it through carefully and review my notes before answering.

I remember a practice question about Availability Zones, but I can't recall if that means the same as regions. Maybe it's a bit different?

You know, if 'Logoff Terminal State' was the answer, I'd be tempted to just log off and call it a day. But let's be serious here, A is the clear winner. Time to move on to the next question!

I'm with Evangelina on this one. 'Logoff Terminal State'? Sounds more like a horror movie than a contact center feature. A is the way to go, no doubt about it.

D, Maximum Open Duration? What is this, a timeout setting? That has nothing to do with bringing the agent desktop to the front. A all the way, folks.

Haha, 'Logoff Terminal State'? Really? That's about what happens when an agent logs off, not when a new contact comes in. Clearly, A is the winner here.
