I say we go with option E: Unlimited agents! That way, the customer can have a virtual call center the size of a small country. Just imagine the hold music playlist they'll need to keep everyone entertained!

I'm thinking C, 350 agents. Hey, as long as the system can handle it, the more the merrier, right? Although, with that many agents, I hope the IT team has a good coffee supplier on speed dial!

B, 250 agents. Anything more than that and it's like the agents are playing a game of virtual musical chairs, trying to find an empty seat!

Hmm, I'm going to have to go with D. 450 agents seems like a reasonable maximum for a high-end setup. Gotta love that virtualized ACCS capacity!

I'm not sure, but I think it might be C) 350. It could be possible to have even more agents logged in for better efficiency.

I agree with Raul, because in a High-End solution, it makes sense to have more agents logged in.
