I think I saw a question like this where the answer was around 24.6, but I can't recall the details. It's tricky!

I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like the upper control limit is calculated as the average plus three times the square root of the average. Does that sound right?

I vaguely remember that we used a similar question in practice, and I think the upper control limit is usually higher than the average. Maybe it's around 26?

I think the upper control limit for a c-chart is calculated using the average number of defects plus some factor, but I can't remember the exact formula.

Ah, I see what's going on now. The test method is failing because it's not running under the correct user permissions. I'll try option C and see if that resolves the issue.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know we need to check for the OpenShift CLI, but I'm not sure if the other options are also valid indicators of a successful installation. I'll have to think this through carefully.

I think eliminating existing competition is also a strong choice, similar to those practice questions we did on market positioning.
