I'm pretty sure the answer is A. According to Skinner, punishment only suppresses behavior temporarily, so the behavior will likely return once the punishment stops.

I remember learning about the SAML assertion in class, so I'm pretty sure that's the right answer here. The assertion is where the IdP sends the user data to the service provider.
