Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. I need to make sure I understand the different types of invasion of privacy before I can decide which one is not a distinct action.

I'm a little confused by the wording here. Is Inclusive gateway also an option, since that allows multiple branches to be triggered? Or is Exclusive the only one that fits the "according to the rules" part? Hmm, I'll have to review my BPMN knowledge on this one.

Hmm, I'm not sure if that's the best approach. Option C about deactivating the live app and importing the previous version seems like it might be a safer bet.

Oooh, this is a good one. I'm going to go with C - 'private disclosure of public facts'. It just doesn't seem to fit the other examples of invasion of privacy.

Haha, I hope the correct answer isn't 'intrusion into the seclusion of another' - that would be a real invasion of privacy! But I think C is the right choice here.

I think the answer is C - 'private disclosure of public facts'. That doesn't really fit the definition of invasion of privacy, unlike the other options.

I agree, C doesn't make sense. It's about public facts, not private ones.

Actually, I remember studying that the correct answer is C) private disclosure of public facts because it involves sharing true information that is not private.

I disagree, I believe it's B) placing the plaintiff in the false light.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I guess 'private disclosure of public facts' would not be considered an invasion of privacy since the information is already public, right?
