This is a good TOGAF question. I remember from my studies that Business scenario is used to define requirements and articulate the Architecture Vision in Phase A. I'm confident that's the right answer here.
I'm a bit confused about the terminology used here. I thought reductions were given in terms of dollar amounts, so maybe it's option A? Did we cover which one the policy provision refers to?
Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. Velocity seems like it could be a factor too, especially for high-speed applications. But I guess geometry and material properties are the real heavy hitters here.
