Suggested Answer: C

VPC endpoints to ensure that traffic to and from the CloudWatch and EC2 services stays within the VPC. Additionally, an IAM policy is created to grant access to only the necessary actions, such as DescribeInstances and GetMetricStatistics, for all EC2 resources. This approach will provide secure monitoring of the SAP system while maximizing security and ensuring support from both SAP and AWS.

Option C is intriguing with the hot standby secondary HANA database, but I'm not sure if keeping the preload on is the most cost-effective approach. Maybe Option A would be a better fit overall.

I'm not convinced that Option B is the best choice here. Using CloudEndure for replication might add an unnecessary layer of complexity, and increasing the instance size during DR might be a bit of a hassle.

Option A seems like a good choice, as it offers a cost-optimized solution with a guaranteed capacity reservation and the required RPO and RTO. The constant replication using SAP HANA system replication is a solid approach.

I'm leaning towards option D because it involves creating an AMI for easy recovery during a disaster.

I disagree, I believe option C is better as it keeps the secondary database as a hot standby for quick failover.
