Ugh, I'm drawing a blank on what a la carte actually means. Is it something to do with the table settings? Or the room service? I'm going to have to guess on this one.
I'm a bit confused by the wording of this question. What exactly do they mean by "what else" employees need to be aware of? The options don't seem to directly address that. I'll have to read through it again carefully.
