VPC Flow Logs are useful for monitoring network traffic, but I don't think they capture application-level logs. So, option C might not be what we need here.

Haha, option D is just silly. AWS Cloud Map? That's for service discovery, not logging. I'd go with option C, VPC Flow Logs. Get that sweet, sweet network traffic data and make sense of it all.

B) AWS CloudTrail? That's for logging API calls, not application logs. We need something that can handle the actual log data from the microservices. I think option A is the way to go - keep it simple with individual CloudWatch Logs streams.

A) Create a different Amazon CloudWatch Logs stream for each microservice? That's going to create a ton of clutter and make it hard to manage. I'd go with option C, VPC Flow Logs, to get a centralized view of the traffic between the microservices.
