I'm pretty sure it's not D. An inverted column store is just a fancy way of saying the data is stored differently, and DTS should be able to handle that.

Hmm, I think the answer is B. DTS requires internet access to the database, and if it's not accessible from the internet, then it won't be able to connect.

That could be it. Maybe they need to check their network settings to allow DTS access.
