I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. The requirement is to ensure the new virtual servers are in the correct traffic group, TG2. Moving the BIG-IP Managers from TG1 to TG2 wouldn't achieve that, and restricting their access to TG2 seems too limiting. I think the best approach is to create a new partition with TG2 as the default.
