I think the key here is to focus on identifying responders, so I'd go with tracking logs to see who actually engaged with the campaign across channels.
I'm a bit confused here. Should we be updating all the application layers associated with the existing OS Layer, or creating new templates altogether? I'm not sure which approach would be more efficient.
