C. Organizational opportunity for sure. These white-collar criminals have access to all the right resources and systems to pull off their schemes. It's all about abuse of power and position.
Hmm, I'm not sure. I was leaning towards D. Social class, but I could see how organizational opportunity could play a big role too. Guess I need to review my notes again.
