As a consultant, you have been asked by an organization to provide a menu of indirect benefits that the employer does not have to provide by law. Which of the following would you NOT include in your menu?

I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. I'd leave out the employment insurance since that's mandatory, and include things like the pension plan, counseling, and supplemental medical coverage.
Okay, I think I've got this. The key is to identify the benefits that employers are not legally required to provide. Psychological counseling seems like a good option to include in the menu.
