I'd go with A) - just get everyone to agree, and you can call it a day! No need for all that pesky 'data' and 'logic' stuff. What could possibly go wrong?
D) all the way! You can't predict outcomes or make informed decisions without the right data. The other options seem like shortcuts that could lead to biased or inaccurate conclusions.
I'm torn between B) and C). Both historical data and statistical methods can provide valuable insights, but I think D) is the foundation for really effective decision-making.
D) Determining, sourcing and collecting appropriate data seems like the most logical approach. You can't make fact-based decisions without the relevant data.
