I remember discussing option B in a case study. Gaining support from upper management seems strategic, but does it really resonate with all stakeholders?
I think option A sounds familiar, like we practiced in class about engaging stakeholders directly. But I'm not entirely sure if it's the most effective.
I'm a little confused by the options here. Is the Transactional Messaging API the same as a User-Initiated Emails Interaction? I'm not sure which one would be the fastest way to get this sensitive message out there.
I'm a little confused by this question. The options don't seem to be directly related to the output of the business need definition process. I'll have to review my notes and think it through more before answering.
B) Talk to the individuals they report to in advance and gain their support so the stakeholders realize upper management already supports your position
B) Talk to the individuals they report to in advance and gain their support so the stakeholders realize upper management already supports your position
I see your points, but I personally think option D is the way to go. Explaining in precise terms can help stakeholders understand the realistic approach better.
