Wait, we're talking about vSphere with Tanzu, not Tango. I'm already getting dizzy just thinking about all these dance moves!

A) Create a storage policy containing the tagged datastores. and apply it to the vSphere Namespace.

Option D is interesting, but I'm not sure why we'd want to apply the storage policy to the Supervisor Cluster instead of the namespace. Seems a bit backwards.

Option C is a bit confusing. Applying a persistent volume claim to the namespace? That doesn't sound quite right to me.

I'm leaning towards Option B. Shouldn't we be managing the storage requirements at the Supervisor Cluster level rather than the namespace? That seems more scalable to me.

User 1: I think Option B is the way to go. Managing storage at the Supervisor Cluster level makes more sense.

Option A seems like the way to go. Creating a storage policy and applying it to the vSphere Namespace sounds like the most straightforward approach to me.

I'm not sure. Would creating a storage class and applying it to the Supervisor Cluster also achieve the same result?

I agree with Julene. By creating a storage policy, the administrator can ensure that all persistent volumes are placed on the defined subset of datastores.
