I'm with the others on this one. D and B are the way to go. Although, I'm a little worried that the customer didn't already have Skyline configured. Sounds like they're in for a fun time troubleshooting!

Absolutely! D and B are the way to go. Without a working internet connection, Skyline won't be able to do its thing, and enabling Skyline Health is crucial for the whole setup to work properly.
