This one's a no-brainer. URL-based and script-based provisioning are the two methods I'd choose. Anything else is just a recipe for a long, drawn-out deployment.

URL-based and script-based are the way to go. Although, I do enjoy a good ol' fashioned USB stick every now and then. Keeps things interesting, you know?

Haha, USB-based provisioning? What is this, the Stone Age? I'll stick with the more modern methods, thank you very much.

I'm pretty sure PXE boot and USB-based provisioning are also valid options for Versa SD-WAN. Just gotta make sure you have the right infrastructure in place.

I've used both PXE boot and USB-based provisioning for Versa SD-WAN CPE before. They work well if set up correctly.

URL-based provisioning and script-based provisioning seem like the most logical choices here. I've used both methods before for setting up Versa SD-WAN CPEs.

I'm not sure about B. I think C and D could also be used for provisioning.

I agree with Florencia. PXE boot and URL-based provisioning make sense.
